When
Abra Collabra was formed in 1997 to
provide collaborative computing and communications solutions to
small and medium-sized businesses.
Who
Consisting of a team of highly skilled, responsive and resourceful
people, Abra Collabra (defined as "Technology for Teamwork") prides
itself on helping its clients discover and meet their computing
and communications objectives. Our consultative selling approach
involves a balance of listening, research, team-building and
responsive execution. We focus on Customer Relationship
Management, Integrated Telephony systems and the necessary
equipment to support those applications.
Marty Addison
In 1981, Mr. Addison began an unusual educational program at CalPoly Pomona. While majoring in Marketing and Computer Information Systems Addison was personally mentored by two leading professors Dr. Donald Bell and Dr. Robert Stumpf who were leaders in the CIS program at CalPoly. While going to school full-time, Addison was employed full-time by Drs. Bell & Stumpf at a computer systems integration firm which they co-owned called Business Computer Systems, Inc. Marty quickly became the company's top-producing sales person and was placed in charge of Marketing as well. Between 1983 and 1995, Mr. Addison started, directed and sold Programmed For Success, Inc. which specialized in turnkey business hardware and software solutions for universities, school districts and municipal, county, state, federal government accounts. Since 1997 Addison has grown Abra Collabra to a leader in IT solutions for the healthcare industry. Clients include UC Davis, Novartis, CDC, NASA, USDA, NIST, Aperio Technologies, Pathogenesis and Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego.

Scott Phillips
Between 1997 and 2002, Mr. Phillips directed MassHysteria, Inc. to
one of the most high-profile iTV and content management technology
companies in the United States. During this period, the company
was recognized by Deloitte and Touche
Fast 50 in Orange County/San Diego and Fast 500 nationally.
MassHysteria, Inc. was the combined entity after Mr. Phillips led
the acquisition of Echolink Interactive by Sycamore Studios, LLC. in 1999 and successfully
raised capital to grow the business.
MassHysteria developed marketing technology, publishing tools,
content syndication and market expertise in all facets of online
and iTV production. Clients included: America Online, AOLTV,
Microsoft UltimateTV, Liberate, Digital Cities, Intel Choiceseat,
The Knot, University Netcasting, AOL France, AOL Canada, AOL
United Kingdom, Athlete Direct, and the World Wrestling
Federation. Mr. Phillips specializes in the development of Abra
Collabra’s business by immersing himself in their clients
